I am redoing my system now that I have bought a BFG Geforce 6800 GT. I am redoing the tubing, adding a t-line to ease filling, etc.
Here is a pic of my current situation:
Basically, I want to run two tubes out the back of the case, up and to the top, to the 2nd smaller D-tek pro core. It would behind the first rad, facing with the barbs going down the back, and include a fan and shroud.
It is just lying around so my mode of thinking is that I might as well use it.
I would think that this would help lower my temps, but if I am wrong, please let me know. At room temp of about 20-21C, my CPU would idle at about 35C (keep in mind there is a gf4 4600 in the loop).
If I do add the 2nd core, where should I put it in the loop? Should I run it in parallel or series?
I want the best performance (lowest temps in my eyes)
Thanks.
