Ok, I've got a Swiftech H120 kit with their small 350 pump. The system I'm going to cool is an overclocked Athlon X2 4400+, I want to overclock it to 2.6 or 2.8Ghz. Right now I've got the watercooling setup all inside my Tsunami case. Basically one of the other threads inspired me to move my rad from the rear fan bay, to the front bay. Then I thought, maybe I should add another Rad, one on each 120 fan in the case! More is better afterall :p

But I know that flow rate and pressure drops also affect cooling performance. So I'm wondering what the experts here think. Does the MCP-350 have enough head effectivly run a loop that has one waterblock, a res and 2 120 Rads?
 
You should be ok adding another rad. The mcw6000 performs almost as good with low flow as it does with hi flow, but I don't think you'll drop much below 1gal/min.
