Should all retail boxes come with same software ?

I got a MSI FX5900XT about a month or so ago. Today this site put up a new review on the card and I see that a lot more software was included in the box then I got with mine. The programs I am missing are as follows.

1.Virtual Drive 7 Professional Version and Restore It 3 Professional Version
2.MSI’s Media Center
3.InverVideo WinDVD 5.1 channel DVD player
4. Games Collection pack
5.MSI’s 3D Desktop
Them are the programs that I know was on them and could be more. Every thing but the game one has full programs not demos or anything like that.

So my questions are. Should I have got them also ?
And if so do you think it is worth me trying to get them from MSI ? And if so is this something that most company's give out easily or am I going to have to fight with them over it ?
 
Well figured when I said in title all retail boxes. Guss I should have said it in post also :) Yes I have the same thing in review a retail box from newegg. Same box and everything just missing some of the Cd's as they show in the review on this site.
 
Unless it was advertised as having those programs no. It's perfectly reasonable for them to add value to a newer revision of a product after it's released.
