Shorting problem

I have a new system that I seem to be having a great deal of trouble with. My trouble seems to be coming down to my system shorting out. It'll just turn off randomly. I've been extra careful with my standoffs, and even tried putting in some rubber washers. My shorts seem to be coming from contact with the standoffs, but getting something down there to keep things ok is a bit of a tall order. Any ideas?
