Shortcut Problem

Hello,
I just reinstalled a peice of software (BF1942) since I didn't want to bother finding incremental patches, I uninstalled, deleted folder, and reinstalled. Now I have two BF1942 shortcuts on my dektop, and I can't delte either one of them, or move them, or do anything with them. I get this message:

Cannot Delete File: Cannot Read From The Source File Or Disc

Anyone know how to fix this? Help is greatly appreciated.

In case anyone cares, it fixed itself. No idea what happened, but all is well now.
