Short list of LCD requirements

Since prices on 17" LCD panels have dropped so much, I'd like to replace the CRT half of my dual-monitor setup. Can anyone suggest a model that is:

* Able to pivot
* Has a DVI input (preferable)
* Has a VESA mount (preferable)
* Acceptable for gaming

...under 300$? I'm thinking there should be lots of options, and in fact I'm overwhelmed by them...it's hard to find out which ones have a pivot feature though. :/

Simple personal experiences, e.g. 'I have brand X and it works great' would be appreciated. :)
 
I just got my Dell 1707FP for CAD$219 during one of Dell deals days. I got the Samsung panel like in the case of the 1907FP and it is pretty good. Very minor banding and good 8ms response time. Not to mention cheap with DVI! :)

If there is enough interest I can do a review in a separate thread.
