Forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong area, but I can't really find a better one for this subject.
Our living room CRT TV just went kaplooie and I'm looking to upgrade to a flat-screen on a budget.
I've heard that deals can be found by buying off-brand models which are essentially the same as the name brand ones, minus a feature or two and the high price.
After looking at online buying guides which all seem to be from 2009/2010, I'm coming here. WalMart has 32" flatscreens for under $200 but I'm thinking that's a bit small for a living room setup.
Can anyone direct me to some deals? I'd prefer to stay under $400 and get as much bang for the buck as possible. Thanks in advance.
