Using Mozilla or Firefox, I keep getting a popup that my browser does not know how to handle newegg shockwave ad. Trouble is, I have Shockwave and Macromedia Flash installed in both Mozilla and Firefox. It is getting annoying to hit cancel on every page. Web pages do fine with IE. Does anyone know how to fix this with Mozilla?

Have no problem with it here on Firefox. What version of Shockwave/Flash do you have installed?

I assume it is the latest version. Macromedia 7.0.19
Shockwave 1.0.0.0

Is there any other versions of Shockwave?

Never mind, I downloaded a newer version and it is working fine now.
