The card I'm dealing w/is an AIW9800Pro. Basically, I'm getting some voltage through the coax input. I don't have a voltmeter, but it's enough that you can feel it if you touch the cable. I also had the same issue with the previous AIW9600, but it didn't seem to be as significant. Since it's both cards, I'm thinking more likely MB related (IC7-Max3), but does anyone think it could be the PS? I've got an Antec Trueblu 480. Anyone ever heard of this before, or do you have any ideas? The card seems to function correctly, but I've already tanked 2 high quality splitters. I should also note that all BIOS options are at standard values, w/no overclocking at the moment.

It's completely normal. Unhook the cable from yoru cable box or tv and touch it, you'll get a zap from it too. It's normal, nothing to be worried about.Trust me I've been zapped enough times by my cable from my cable mox that I know this :)

No this is actually coming off the video card (zapped on the open side, while plugged in), and it's enough to keep killing splitters. I've never had the problem w/my Hauppage. Am I off base? This just doesn't seem right to me.
