Shipping & Restocking fee from DELL?

For those who have returned lcd monitors back to DELL, did you get charged shipping and restocking fees?
I've returned multiple monitors in the past never being charged, but when I spoke to a representative today, he said that the policy changed a month ago and that I would be charged for both...

Anyone return anything recently? Did you get charged for both?

I returned a DELL U3011 monitor this very week and there was no shipping or restocking fee. Very strange that a DELL rep told you otherwise, unless restocking fees only apply to specific products?
