I will be moving soon and will be dismantling my computer and packing the parts in-between clothes that I am also shipping to my new house. I was wondering if its required to wrap all the parts... mobo, hdd's, memory etc with some kind of anti-static bubble wrap or anti-static bags?

And are the anti-static packaging expensive? I would have to get it through the UPS Store or whoever might carry it, cause I don't have the time to order and wait for it to be mailed.
 
Yes, you should use anti-static bags and bubble wrap for your components. Fortunately, you can grab anti-static bubble wrap at an office supply store like Staples or Office Depot.
