Shell Shocker: 68-in-1 USB Internal Card Reader - $9.99 FS

The product title says it supports SDHC, but the specs don't say a thing about it. Can anyone confirm it handles SDHC?

It does support SDHC, a co-worker here has a 4GB SDHC card, read fine.

Well, according to the reviews, not only does it not work in vista, but it causes other problems. I guess it is a good deal if you never intend on upgrading passed XP.

oh, shoot.

this 68 card reader supports every single media except the one I need.......

Nothing like a $4 difference between normal and shell shocker...

Lol - but it says 25 can be bought at a time. That 4$ becomes $100. Too bad the card formats it reads stays at 68 and not 1700. Man all the bases would be covered.

Free shipping is much better than the usual 6.99.

And for the record, I have two of these, and they both work fine in Vista. Don't know what others are talking about. Perhaps they should plug it into the USB headers and not the firewire ones ... :D

One of them is starting to crap out on me though, and they receive very light use, perhaps once or twice a month. Sad. Oh well.

Sweet. I ordered one for my dad's bday rig I'm building. I hope it looks slick on a Antec 300.

this is a hot deal for those of you that have 68 different media formats.....

A crap. Just realized this is 3.5"... the Antec 300 has no external 3.5" slots.

Is there any 3.5" to 5.25" adapter I can use with out having a huge hole in the 5.25" drive bay?

Yes there is. It should already come with the Antec case. If it doesnt, Google is your best friend.

I prefer the ones with the floppy drive included. Everytime I think I won't need a floppy in a build, I end up using my external floppy drive at least once.

Wow. that hasn't happened to me in over a year! Hehe.
