Does anyone know where I can get sheet aluminum in Toronto, Canada?

Im tired of all these cases where I have to build my rig to a case manufacturer's idea of "nice", so I've decided I'd try to make my own case...

Um... Well, the place where I got a nice sheet of aluminum happened to be in Oakville... just off of Spears road. For you, that's literally a 45minute drive (Although you can walk to the place in 10minutes from the Oakville GO station)...

not sure if mcmaster sends there but I just got my aluminum rod from them about 2 days after I ordered it. I was amazed at the timing.

What about online metals? I've heard from a few people that they're pretty good...dunno about shipping to Canada, but maybe worth looking into.

Like I always say .... your best bet is to check your local listings for welding or sheet metal shops in your area. If they cannot help you chances are they will gladly point you in the right direction if you ask. I'm a metal eater from way back & that is where all my materials come from.

Best of luck with your case project.
