Most than two years ago, my step-sister was diagnosed with leukemia. She was diagnosed with a few months, at best to live. She spend the majority of the summer of 2005 in a medically induced coma so that she could be treated. During that time she contracted neumonia and almost died of it, in addition to the leukemia. This is what she looked like in May 2005 after having her hair shaved off before it all fell out:

They were terrible times, and I prayed every night to God Almighty, begging him to save her life. You guys were here a few times when I needed you the most.
Here, however, is her today, holding her certificate. She beat the mother-fucking-piece-of-shit-beast. She is proof that miracles happen, and that you can survive, despite what the docs tell you up front.
