Sharing iTunes library via NAS?

I've had a windows 7 desktop with iTunes, where the iTunes library is located on a DroboFS. I recently picked up a 17" MBP. How can I import the iTunes library, keeping everything on the Drobo and sync my iPhone and iPad on either device?

This is more of a question for Drobo Support than [H]. But I would suspect you need to download the OS X version of the Drobo dashboard.
