shared folder - access denied

I've setup a folder on the server which is shared and allowed access by a specific group. For some reason everyone, but 1 person (who is setup as an admin) can not write to that shared directory. No matter how I change their settings, they always get "Access is Denied" despite being able to see the directory. Any ideas??? I have tried removing them, then re-adding them to the group, adding them specifically to the folder, and even recreating the profile. Also others who login to that specific computer and are allowed access can get to the shared directory and write.

I am assuming that you are talking about Windows File Sharing.

Try having them map the folder as a network drive (open My Computer->Tools->Map network drive), the type in the path and then click "Log in as a different user". Specify a username that has read/write access. It can be the username which you specified for him in the shared folder's permissions. See if that works.
