Share Calendar and Use With PDA

I'm looking for suggestions on how two have two users share a calendar (they're in seperate physical locations) and still be able to sync that calendar with their pda and take it with them.

I'm guessing something like exchange is my only option here, but, I thought I'd ask.
 
Can it be synced to a pda? It says "web enabled devices" but I'd like to have access when no internet access is available.

Personal Calendar - Easy to use, personal calendar system. Information can be added on the web and retrieved using any web enabled device (cell phone, kiosk, pager, etc).

:rolleyes: Might be possible, you should contact them for further details..
 
I can look into it but based on what the site says, it just seems that since the program is web based that any web capable device can access it. I'm almost certain that without web access, it's useless.

Any other ideas?
