Shadowplay Driver Leaked

Works on 8.1, i'am uploading a video of Batman right now on youtube LOL :) Anyway there's almost 0 performance hits, like i didn't even knew it was recording..

Uploading my first video from BF3 as well now. Had Fraps running - was flying around but it also shows the Fraps FPS numbers. Should be available here shortly:

Youtube compresses it, so actual quality is probably not represented. It looks great on my PC.

Yessssssssss, finally. One less program to download separately. Lol.

Edit: Tried it and 1080p60 seems to be the highest you can set it for recording. I don't mind that limitation too much.

I had 2.2 GB HD space before I installed this and am now down to 1 GB. Anyone else lose a lot of HD space? I had the GFE already installed. Also in my Nvidia drivers directory I have all my old drivers there. I assume that is so I can rollback to earlier vers if I want to, but does Nvidia install ever delete them? They are up to 1.5 GB in size.

Just delete them.

OH yeah, I forgot I had that turned on, that must be it.

Run Ccleaner or the integrated windows cleanup utility to delete all except the most recent restore point and you will have some extra free space.. i never like to have the OS disk with less than 50GB of free space.. :)

Looks good!

Would like to hear some more about video-capture performance (from a free-CPU resources standpoint) from those of you who installed the driver.

Thanks.

This works really well for me. Haven't had any problems recording some long sessions of BF3. I admit i haven't looked very hard yet, but does anyone know how to capture your mic without getting echo while you are playing?

This is so awesome...

I kind of feel sorry for the folks at Beepa (Fraps)... this is going to put a serious hit on their future customer base. But I love FRAPS and I've gotten several years of awesome use from it, some of the best money I ever spent on software.

Granted, FRAPS still has it's uses... benchmarking and the ability to record the desktop for starters.

Always possible FRAPS could hook into this functionality when a supported Nvidia card is present in order to accelerate screen capture.

Then the challenge becomes offering more features than the official ShadowPlay client.
