PC is built.
ELO 15" Touchscreen will be here this afternoon.

Intel Pentium 4
ASUS P4P800SE Motherboard
1GB DDR400 OCZ Value RAM
BFG 6800GT OC

Now I need some software. The machine is currently running Vista Home Premium x86.

I absolutely love the UI for Sooloos, nevermind the $15K entry fee.

AlbumPlayer is pretty solid software wise, but the lone touchscreen UI is not so much. It is also $50.

MediaCenter does work with touchscreens, it's just a little cumbersome without a keyboard and the playlist/queue features aren't as refined as AlbumPlayer.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE 1/24/08
Touchscreen is in and working. Picked up an ELO 15" from eBay.

MediaCenter is nearly worthless with a touchscreen, no on-screen keyboard, too finicky and the playlist/queue is tough to work with. It still looks the best, here's hoping they can refine it a little more for "Fiji".

Currently, using AlbumPlayer; which works great, but doesn't look as great as I want it too. It also cost $47USD for the full version.

look at carPC software, itis all centered around touchscreens. mp3car.com has some good stuff. most will look odd ont hat big of a screen though, I bet.

So far, AlbumPlayer is the easiest and best looking. The developer is making a 5.0 update, in which there are to be some major changes to the UI and skinning ability.
