Ok so my computer was getting this error, "Page Fault In Non Paged Area"....So I thought Id try a different stick of ram. Well I took the ram from another Computer I had and put it in the pc that was getting the error and i couldnt get my screen to come on....so I thought wierd. Well I tried the Video card in my other pc and it worked fine. Then I put another video card in the pc that wasnt getting teh screen to come on and it didnt work. Well i stuck the old stick of ram in the pc that was having problem but this time in teh 2nd slot. IT worked! then I turned the PC off and stuck teh other stick of ram in its place and the screen wouldnt come on. Now when i stick the old stick back in I cant get a picture.... WTF is going on? Now the ram that I put in as replacement works fine, Im using it in the pc im typing this on now. WTF did the ram kill my motherboard?

BTW its a Chaintech 7NJL6 MoBo, and both sticks of ram were ULTRA (Nanya Technology) 512MB, PC3200, 400MHz.
 
I hear RAM can be picky as to which slot it's in. Or one of your DIMMs could be screwed up. It probably happens... Run memtest, see what happens.
 
I would run memtest if i could......the screen wont come on......can a stick of ram screw up a dimm, when it works perfectly fine in another pc? I dont hear beeps either.
