SFX psu choice

Hello everyone , these days i am building an ITX system and i am looking one by one the next part that i am going to buy .
I already have bought the case (raijintek metis ) and the cooler that i am gonna use (noctua D9L) .

But before getting mobo+cpu , i wanted to get the psu .... no matter which i get , i will shorten (and maybe sleeve ) its wires . Also , i will be changing its fan direction , so it wont exhaust at the bottom of the case but instead pull fresh air from there .

I was really into SFX -L new psus , but this will make things harder in the case that i have choosen .Also 500w vs 450w isnt really a big deal in term of power , since most systems with intel+970 dont need more 370-400watts even at their hightest power peaks .

So my choices right now are (shops that can be found in greece )

Silverstone SFX series 450W -browse 74$
Silverstone SFX ST45SF-G -gold 108$
Sharkoon SilentStorm SFX 450 -bronze 59$

(dont care about browse -gold )
All i can find , is information about the ST45SF-G and nothing about the other two
As you can see , the price differs quite alot and it could be used for getting better mobo or cpu .
So i am asking you guys , since you are really into SFF building , which one would you choose ? Take in count that

-cables will be cut shorter , so modular or not doesnt matter
-fan will be reversed
-if fan makes noise , i could easily put a new one , even outside the psu case (a 92mm maybe? )
-quality of product

thanks in advance :D

That case is designed to support a full sized ATX power supply, any reason you're looking only at SFX?

Putting an ATX psu in there (which of course i already own ), will occupie the 1/3 of the case room .
By putting an SFX , i will be able to do some cable management and maybe also mount 2 SSDs at the side of the PSU

(at bottom of the case , i will put an HDD for backups )
(top of the case will be drilled for air intake )

I have the 450w Bronze Silverstone, it's pretty solid.
However, it sound like a vacuum cleaner when idle, and a hurricane when under load so be prepared.

This noise comes from the bad quality fan , or is it from the electronics?

Not the electronics, it's just that the fan spins real fast so you can hear it real loud.
I always have the A/C on though, so it dampens the sound for me anyways.

this is still a pretty new market space without that many options

the silverstone bronze was sort of the ground breaking product here, it saw a great deal of use in the first run M1 cases, but lots of people complained about the noise. The G revision is a refined version that is supposed to run with less noise, I believe they have a 600W variant out, or out very soon.

If 450 is enough for your application I would bite the bullet and pony up for the G

I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I was wondering if anyone had any info on the Be Quiet! SFX PSU. I haven't heard/seen much about it.

I had this PSU also in mind , but it has 50 less watts at the sama price (60euros)

450W are enough .... right now i am using an 4590 cpu and i am planing to get an ITX 970 gpu sooner or later (maybe after new amd models come out , hopefully a price drop ?)

silverstone 450 broze costs 74euros , while silverstone 450 -G costs 107euros!!!!
With this price difference i can get an awesome noctua fan to replace on the cheap PSU and get rid of noise forever

the 600W model costs 150euros , huge amount for power that an ITX system might never draw
