SFF's and Power Supplies

Something that always boggles me about SFF machines and such is the power supplies in them. I recently built my first one (SK43G) and when I put in an AGP card with a 4 Pin connector, it doesnt like to do DX or OpenGL stuff at all (card in question is a Geforce 5700 128MB)

That aside, i'm impressed with the size and the noise levels (or lack thereof) that these machines create.

I have a mobile 2800 chip and some pc2700 i would like to build around another SFF. I like the shuttle Nforce2 one, but it's hard to find for sale. I know that they sell upgraded power supplies, but my question is if I put the following in this NForce2 shuttle:

Mobile 2800 or Barton 3000
1GB PC2700
160GB HD IDE
Vanilla AGP 6800
DVD Burner

Would I need to get the 240w or be ok with the 200w?
