SFF Upgrading, help needed...

Hello [H]ardForum! :cool:
Im about to do some upgrading on my current system. I would really apreciate some help.
Old System:
CPU: E4300
RAM: Corsair 2*1Gb 6400 DDR2
Mobo:Gigabyte G33M-DS2R
SFF Case: Sugo01
The parts I was thinking of upgrading are ; CPU: E8400, RAM: 4Gb 8500 DDR2,
and the SFF case to a Nzxt Rogue. And also, do I have to upgrade my mobo? Or is it "good enough"
to OC with on a E8400 compared to, for example ASUS P5E-VM HDMI?
And what CPU heatsink to use on the Nzxt Rogue?

You can put a TRUE in a Rogue. I had one when they first came out and it has great cooling and looks fantastic (to me), but I wouldn't call it SFF. I put my main rig in a SUGO after using the Rogue for a while, as it was just too heavy and bulky for my tastes.

I've overclocked a Q6600 to 3.2 on a Gigabyte G33M-DS2R in the Rogue with the TRUE on it although I was unable to take it any higher. You may be able to get a higher overclock with the ASUS P5E-VM HDMI.
 
Mobo is good enough; you're not going to be hitting insane clocks with safe temps on air anyways. You have way more cooling options in the Rogue, but it's not small at all considering someone modded it to fit an ATX mobo in. You're better off just not upgrading unless you have the itch for it and money.. especially if you're running a 7900GS.

You are right, the Rogue is to big. Is there any other case that can fill similar needs as the rogue ? Im up for suggestions, especially with features as; room for a good CPU heatsink/cooler, like TRUE, and 3*HDD slots or more, 2*5,25 slots.

And yes I have the itch for another case than the sugo, and a better CPU, as for the GFX-card im planning on upgrading that too, but not right away.
 
typical, the Qmicra is impossible to buy in sweden :(
You dont have another suggestion or some webshop that ships abroad?

edit: I was looking at the shipment cost from the (PcdLabs)U.S to sweden, and the total cost would be about 2000 swedish kr. Maybe its not so bad, what is the differens between Qmicra 1 and 2? I like it in black.

I picked one up at MicroCenter for $40 or $50 after rebate. They have improved the bracket that helps hold the PSU in place and it's much sturdier than other Microfly/Qpack type cube cases. It would appear that I am going to be able to use a TRUE (the one I pulled out of my Rogue case) in this case.

The only issue I can see with this case is there is almost no air intake. I plan to cut a 120mm hole on each side to address that issue.
 
Well the biggest difference is the v1 is not available through retail means. Has smaller 80mm fans instead of the v2's 120mm. Only in black.

That raidmax looks like it has zero intake airflow.
 
The Q V2 is basically the same size as the Q V1 except its an inch taller than the V1. This allows for a larger/taller hsf to be used inside and allows for watercooling to be used. As Lowtech mentions the V2 has superior case cooling performance over the V1.
 
I didnt choose the Qmicra, I went for the Nzxt Rogue, as you've told me, and some review sites, the Rogue is a bit "bulky" but on the other hand it will be better cooling options.

I went for ASUS P5E-VM HDMI, C2D E8400, NOCTUA NH-U9B, (PSU)NESTEQ NA4501, Corsair CM2X2048-8500C5D 2*2048.
