SFF PSU Question

I am thinking about building a SFF for my parents to replace the 1.6ghz AMD that I would/will be handing down to them anyways. But I figure, Ill have enough to buy another computer anyways. Plus I'd be able to use it too.

So I am looking into buying this barebone system:

However, the power issue comes into play. As I plan to put yet another 6800nu into it, I am skeptical of the PSU. It is only 240W, and the 6800 requires 300w minimum. Yet numerous people have said they put this card in it and it ran fine. I can get a 450W SFF PSU for it on newegg. Should I switch them out if I do in fact buy this computer?
 
I don't think you will need to upgrade the psu, as you stated many people have ran GT's in them.

worst comes to worst..... it doesnt work and then you have to buy the PSU, no big loss there
 
People have stated time and time again with rigs to back it up that the SilentX series from shuttle can power almost anything you throw at them. People run GT's and X800 XT's in the SN95G's with dual HDD's with no problems.

Oh, and the Shuttle PSU's are specially built for Shuttles, you cannot put in a third party PSU inside them. Shuttle also does not allow 3rd party manufactures to make them either.

Your PSU requirements are determined by the type of equipment that you pair with the motherboard. That is a micro ATX board that Monache uses in their Hornet SFF systems. If your going to fully loading something like that, then you want a 400+ watt PSU. The shuttles can get by with smallers PSU's due to their a limited about of hardware you can add total to their Shuttles.
 
You'll definately be fine with a SilentX PSU - they're much stronger then they're rated.

Questions: is the 300w PSU that comes with the Antec ARIA "as good as" the silent X's? In other words, can it power a 6800 etc...?
