SFF Case & Mobo Questions

Im thinking of changing from a full sized ATX case to a SFF case and i have a budget of £100 ($200). These are the parts i already have:

E6600 @ 3.0GHz
8800GTS
P5N-E SLI Motherboard - Obviously this couldnt be used.
Hiper 530 Watts PSU
2GB Corsair XMS2 Ram
Audigy 2 ZS
DVD-RW
250GB SATA2 Hard drive

Obviously i would need to purhcase a new case, i was thinking of getting an Aerocool M40 for £45 inc delivery (http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=4280&cat=0&page=1). Does anyone else have this case? If so would they be able to tell me if its any good and if it will fit my Hiper 530watt PSU?

This leaves me £55 inc delivery left for a good mATX motherboard with hopefully alright overclocking abilities. I've been reading lots of reviews and i cant decide on what board to get. The Gigabyte GA-G33M-S2 is £55 inc delivery at eBuyer.co.uk so i was thinking of getting that but i would like others opinions on what motherboard to get.

Lot's of great reviews for that mobo, I'm going to get it once I rack up enough funds to build my system. I've read -so- many reviews on cases, and I've decided on the SG03. It was that or the lanbox lite, and the aerocool seems to have that kind of look to it, so yeah. Aerocool is a kind of a budget brand to my knowledge, I've got a full size ATX case from them that I bought years ago, it's so ricey hehe. So if you head down that track then make sure you get a good dealio.

I want build quality so I'm looking at the sugo hehe.
 
I've been looking at the M40 lately, and one thing it doesn't have much of is intake vents. The round holes behind the wire mesh that you see in those nice front pictures aren't actual holes in the chassis. The holes are on the plastic face plate as you can see here:

The only real intake vent is a 120mm sized grill in front of the expansion cards:

This isn't a big deal and the face plate does have 2 openings at the bottom for extra air to come it, but the way I see it, this is false advertising. Basically Aerocool just grabbed the chassis of the X-Gene and just made a front panel that gives the illusion that the chassis is perforated at the front, which it isn't. :eek:

If I was to get this case, I would at the very least make an 80mm or larger hole on the right front to have some air going directly to the ram/cpu.
