i'm in the middle of re-building my car-puter, and i want to finally give it full functionality. so that means 2 switches, and 2 LED's.

the problem, is that i cant find anywhere that offers 2 prong motherboard connectors (like the kind you find on case switches and LED's). i had thought about buying 2 more case switches... in the thought that it'll have the wire already crimped in, and long enough for me to use. so i just cut the wire to it, and work it for my own needs.

the problem with that is that it's expensive. 3 dollars per switch. and the switches are ugly, no less.

also... what kind of sound card would be best for a car-puter? i'm thinking cheap, but good quality sound. reccommendations? if i can get it low profile, then awesome.. if not, i guess i have to get a tilt pci slot riser.

Those are called crimp-style housings, which have 0.100" pin spacing. You would also need the female pins that go in the housings. You can find them cheaply at Futurlec in the Connectors section:

You might also want to look around your house for them. Old computers and electronic equipment often have them, or you can scavenge the cable assembly from some internal CD audio cables that come with most CD-ROM drives.
