Ok, I have posted many psu questions in the last week, but I promise that this will be my last one.
Question 1:
currently, I have a raid max 450 watt psu on my athlon xp 2600+ system. The raid max gets 15 amps on the +12 volt line. There are 2 hard drives, a 9800 pro, and 2 case fans. In addition to the case fans there's a cpu fan and a Northbridge fan. There's also a Soundblaster drive in the 5.25" bay. Plus my dvd drive. When I run asus probe, I get ~ 13.3 volts on the +12 line, is this because im drawing too much on the +12 line with all the shit i have in my comp?
Question 2:
I'm getting ready to upgrade to an athlon 64 3200+ and oc it to 3400+ and higher speeds. The mobo is going to be a MSI k8T800 neo FSIR2. there is going to be 2 sticks of pc3500 ram. 2 case fans, the cpu fan, and eventually a 6800GT. my question is, will my power supply work fine for the new system? when i upgrade to a 6800 GT will that kill my psu?
I have enough power for the rest of my stuff?
Question 3:
In case I do need to upgrade my PSU along with everything else, I found
These powersupplies on frozencpu.com that seem to fit the bill for power and my budget. what do you think of them?

Thanks in advance for you help. Any thing that I have not thought of?

For that price, get an Enermax Noisetaker 470 from Newegg. Not only is it a more powerful supply, but it has both the new 24-pin ATX connector and the PCI-E connector for future-proofness. Also, it features split +12v rails for stability. All around a much better supply for the money, $80
