Hi everyone,

I'm planning on buying a set of M-Audio Studiophile AV40's for my PC and PS3, and I'm wondering what I need to buy (in terms of y-splitters, etc.) and the process of how to set them to use for both my PS3 and PC.

Right now I am using an Asus VW246H monitor for both my PS3 and PC, connected with HDMI and VGA respectively.

Y-Splitter single male end to speakers. Computer to one of the dual female ends.

PS3 -> RCA out -> female rca to male 3.5mm stereo cord/adapter -> second female end of y-splitter
