setup loop in series or parallel?

i'm planning on cooling two 7900 GTO's and an opteron 165 with a 3x 120mm rad and the swiftech mcp665. there will be a reservoir as well and the blocks will be home made:) i'll post pics when i start building them for fun.

anyways, i've got two choices the way i see it. i can do the usual lines that go from cpu to video to video and then out OR i can build some small manifolds out of copper or brass and cool those three parts in parallel. how much of a difference will it make anyways? obviously the water gets a little heated from the cpu before it hits gpu1 and then gets heated more before it hits gpu2 but is the benifit of going with a parallel setup worth my time?
 
I'd use 2 single 120mm radiators, pump-radiator1-cpu-radiator2-gpu-gpu. What's your northbridge?
 
the northbridge wont be in the loop as i have a asus a8n32-sli with the nice big copper heatpipe cooler
 
Just do it in a series. It will be much easier and cleaner I think.
 
Your raditor should cool the water down plenty enough to run through your cpu-gpu-gpu just fine, so I'd just hook it in a series also
 
Or sell your 7900's and get one 8800, then you only have two components to cool!

I have a parallel set up with my two eVGA 8800GTX SC cards. My flow goes through barb one of my main card and straight out the other side to the second GPU. The water circulates back through the other side of barbs. Anytime you do this, you will need to balance flow pressure to each block so that you get consistant circulation.

If you don't, you will have water flowing through path of least resistance- which may leave some blocks without decent flow. Now, I get plenty of flow through my main GFX card- however, there is a temp difference (10C) which I can certainly live with.
