I bought a H80 with my obsidian 650d. How should I place the fans? Should both of them exhaust or the outer one to pull in while the insude fan exhausts? I believe the 650d intakes from the front fans and exhausts from the back.

650D has 3 fans standard: 200mm intake at the front, 200mm exhaust on top and 120mm rear exhaust.
So you'd replace the 120mm rear exhaust with the H80 push-pull.

You might get conflicting opinions about this, but personally I'd have the first fan intake cool air into the rad ("push") then the second fan ("pull") the now warmer air into the case. It should then get sucked up by the 200mm exhaust. That way you get better CPU temps, at the cost of couple degrees warmer inside the case.

I agree 100%.
