Hello All,
Im having a tumor of a time trying to get this working consistently; i stress consistently, because it will work some of the time for reasons unknown to me. Here is what was asked of me:

______________________________________________________________________
Ex. Dr. X

When the office has a new patient booked, they can send the patient via email, a message with a map and appt. time / contact info from a generic office address that cannot be replied to.
Something like DrXOffice@sader.com OR one generic email address like CompanyNewPatientInfo@sader.com and all physicians can send from, but it cannot be replied to. If it was replied to, a template would fire back and state "This is unmonitored, blah blah...

In the past, the issue was that even if DrX had access to send on behalf, it would show his main mailbox(DrX@sader.com) in the From field…. I think the Barracuda can be set to grab the incoming message, not sure how to configure Exchange to do it.

Any info appreciated.

PM a mod to move this to "Networking and Security" forum. You'll get a more focused pool of members there.
