i just got my 6600gt :):) super happy with it

i played the battlefield demo and doom 3 and was wondering if there is anything to do to make it even better. besides overclocking it

im not sure exactly how to set up my graphics card for better graphics can anyone help me out

for example antialiasting and anistrophic filtering
 
well AA/AF is ur preference... set it higher until it is no more playable to you and set it down a notch :) and make sure u have the latets drivers too . Have Fun!

is overclocking safe?


i dont know if its me but when i run doom 3 with 1024x768 (high)
exactly the same settings as the ones used on the hardocp benchmarks

evertime i open doors it kind of glitches on me and then all the fans run a little faster, the door opens and the fans slow down again

is this because of my ram??? 512mb ddr 400
