Setting up a home server - Questions

First off, anyone have any good guides to setting up a home server that I can access from anywhere (using Adelphia and/or Comcast)?

I'm using Windows Server 2003 and want to be able to access it from wherever. I know my ISP switches IP's on me, so I know I need some automatic updater of sorts for that, but which?

Any other help or tips appreciated.

dyndns or no-ip both work.

Keep in mind comcast/adelphia will F*** yo couch if you use more bandwidth than they think you should be.
