Setting default process priority in XP

My GF's laptop has skipping problems in iTunes under relatively high CPU utilization.

Setting iTunes' priority to High fixes it, but it's annoying to have to manually set the priority every time it's started up.

Any suggestions on how to do this by default?

Something like SetPriority will do it
