Okay dumb question.

I was unfortunately appoitent IT guy at my office.

Bought new computers to set up to our old ass network/server.

Everything is set up, I have access to server, all printers, etc but I want to have the log in screen show up where you can log in as anyone in the domain. Does that make sense?

So I can log on a different user if I want to. I can change stations with someone else, etc.

Windows Xp pro. Let me know if its an easy fix. Thanks.

If you want them to log on to the domain you need to log the machine onto the domain.

If you just want to allow different users to log onto the same machine:

Start | Run

control userpasswords2

Tick box that says 'Users must enter a username and password to use this computer'

Click OK

It also sounds like you want roaming profiles. Or else "logging into someone else's computer" is going to be plenty useless.
