Set Speed Ranges in Rage3d?

Can you edit the min and max core/ram speeds allowed on the slider in Rage3d? I have a 9700 np with a pro bios and have it set as low as the slider allows (290/279) but I want to start at np speeds and work up (I'm currently having stability problems, but not sure if its the video, so I'd like to set the clocks back to to stock w/o flashing again so I can rule out the video)
