Servers on domain fail to load NETLOGON ???

Hi,

I am clueless on an issue that is getting really annoying on my network. We had some replication issues on our Domain controllers (2008 R2). I repaired the replication with repadmin and removing lingering objects.

However, even after this, my issue stays : Most servers on my domain are suffering from an issue that puts the NETLOGON service in manual mode randomly and does not start by itself while rebooting.

The issue sometimes even spread to certain workstations. I also have a hard time figuring out the issue in event viewer, it does not seems to have errors for this.

I have just enabled NETLOGON server verbosity for logging purposes but did anyone had this kind of issue?
 
Since I repaired the replications between both DC's, DCDIAG shows only one error :
Starting test: Services
Invalid service startup type: NETLOGON on *******, current value
DEMAND_START, expected value AUTO_START
......................... ******* failed test Services

Which is exactly the problem that spreads on my domain. A lot of workstations on the network are getting their NETLOGON service stopped and switched to manual. It's a real PITA.
