Server / Video Encoding MB

So i am building a fileserver, but i would like to use a Intel Core i5-2500 due to its ability to handle video encoding as i do a lot of that, but also not use a ton of power. But i am also looking for the board to have dual gigabit ports that are both intel, so i can do link aggregation (LACP).

Really these are the only requirements anyone have any suggestions.
