For the last 2 weeks I keep getting timeout/connection refused from the servers when trying to upload work units.

This is happening on 9 different clients. All of them are Windows. Today I upgraded 5 of them to version 5 of the client (per suggestion of dev on Stanford's forum) - but still happening. After awhile it'll eventually "work" - but getting really annoying.

Is FAH dying or something? I haven't ever seen their servers this bad.



 
They are incredibly busy they have gone from the cpu client to gpu to Linux smp MAC smp and the continuing development of the PS3 and version 6 of the CPU client. you are Living in interesting times
 
Yea we are overloading Stanford. They need to upgrade their servers to handle all the work we do.
