Server Core Hyper-V -- Dual-port NIC Driver Issue

Although this is more of a hardware issue, I figured some of you have been working with Hyper-V Server R2 and Windows Server Core and may be able to assist.

Felt your exact pain. More details in the post in the other forum. Long story short. Haqd to use a non-image based install method. Never were able to find a fix for our server core deployments.

Had to use unattended automated installs to get all the NICs to work, nothing else did. Imaging in multiple different ways worked fine with 2k8 R2 full server builds, but not with server core and dual port nics.

Well, at least I don't feel as bad knowing that others have experienced a similar issue. Weird too, because if I load a WinPE USB stick with the drivers, all NICs load correctly. Why can't an imaged version of Server Core do the same thing??

This is so frustrating.
