Server build recommendation

I'm planning on building a web server, gonna be running the ol' Linus, Apache, Mysql, PHP (LAMP) (web and database on one server). My budget is about ~$200, it's basically a dev server at first but I want a website hit limitation of at least 100,000 hits a day. Thanks for your time, also I think ill be getting a SCSI RAID hard drive as i think they are recommended for servers (stability).
 
100,000 hits? How much bandwidth will be coming into this hot rod, and what will you be serving up?

You may need SCSI hard drives for such loads.
