So my business has bit the bullet and I'm going to be implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP.

I told my reseller that I was going to purchase hardware seperately, So... I'm planning a build for an Microsoft SQL Server. This is for 1 maybe 2 concurrent users.

Dual Socket F Mobo with nForce 3600 chipset, this one to be exact http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813151070

Dual Opteron Dual Cores.

8 Gigs of Registerd ECC Ram

I have a few 15K RPM SAS drives lying around, I'm gonna use them in a RAID 5 array with this card from Adaptec http://www.adaptec.com/en-US/products/Controllers/Hardware/sas/performance/SAS-5805/

Using Windows Server 2008 Std.

In the future I will probably use this also for Survelliance camera recording. (On Seperate Drives), OCR processing, and Electronic Document Interchange.

Also probably use Hyper-V for the extra dutys and Virtualize on seperate systems.

My product database is well over 6000+ with constant price changes (ie: Constant Large Imports)

Will this be enough?

that should be fine for what they are going to be doing.
