server 2012 scheduled backups?

How do I word this out without sounding like a noob.

I just installed server 2012 on a laptop I have sitting here since I wanted to tinker around with it. It's a beefed up dell e6530, so it's running pretty good.

Can someone help me setting up scheduled backups?

I'd like to weekly back up a few folders I have on my win 7 personal work station. This will be used strictly for storage purposes.

Never used a server OS, so I am pretty stumped.
