Server 2008: the system admin has set policies to prevent this installation

I am trying to install stuff to several new Server 2008 machines and i keep getting this error even though I am the Admin. I have tried everything i found on google and cannot fogure this out.

When i go to install a program I get this error.

Did you try this fix? There is probably a group policy in place that is preventing you from installing software. There are a couple of different fixes in the thread -- give them a shot.

Ok i turned off the UAC and it now work but a real PITA as I have to restart the machine.

Go into your GP and fix it there.
