Server 2003 Password Reset / Tools

[trckn4life]

I am wondering a server 2003 box that we have I feel quite sure before that I have selected say 50 users or selected a OU and reset all passwords for those users. Now that option is no longer coming up when I right click. Any suggestions on a good way to reset multiple users passwords? There would usually be one of 2 senarios and that is that a group or say 15 users need their passwords set to abcdefg11. Or, all users need strong and unique passwords. Any suggesetions I'm sure some of you know this like the back of your hand and have tools you use to randomize passwords. Thanks.
