I want to first start off with an apology about my last thread as it was rash and quick to judgement without trying to completely understand the situation.
I've encountered two IQ issues that I need advice on whether or not there is a fix for them or not. I am using a 6800GT and 4xAA and 8XAF and these problems usually arise in FPS as I guess the POV makes them easier to detect. I have two pictures on for each of the problems.

This one shows the white lines that are driving me crazy. They dissapeared when I went to 71.20 for the most part but I went back to 67.22 in order to see if the second IQ problem I was having was caused by the 71.20.

Have a look in the red squares, and you'll see distinct boundaries between lightings. When I move it's even more annoying cuz you have that moving too. It happened with my 71.20s and the 67.22s.
I've tried running with LOD Clamp On and quality at it's highest under the nVidia windows. Is there any idea what I can do to make the IQ issues better or is there another set of drivers that I can use to alleviate these problems. Thank you.
