I have a Abit IC7-G Max2 board w/ onboard SATA. Im using ABits Serillel device that converts IDE Drives to Serial.

My master (60gb) is using this device and is plugged into SATA one on my motherboard. Now my storage drive (160gb) is on IDE. Well the BIOS finds my 160GB under IDE Devices, boots up with my 60GB, and in Windows it dosnt detect my 160gb at all.

Whats with that? its probobly a BIOS setting but Im lost!

Not trying to be insulting, but is the drive new/unformatted?
Like, did you forget to initialize it under Disk Management?
