Can XP's Hardware Profile function be used to manage case fan speeds and GPU clocking? I'm guessing no but if someone knows a good way it'd be great.

It's a passively cooled GeForce 9600 GT and a Sonata III case with two 128 fans in it. For most of the time I'll want to run those fans on low and underclock the card. For gaming though I'll probably want the fans on high with the card running normally. Will I have to go into the BIOS to change the fan speeds and then use NVIDIA software to manage the GPU? I might also want to have my E8400 OC'd for gaming and I don't know of a way to manage that without going into the BIOS either.

get a fan controller for the fans and something like the EVGA Precision tool (its free, google it) to clock the GPU.
