sennheiser PC155 problem

Hey guys, I just received new sennheiser pc155 USB headphones. However im having some problems getting them to work correctly. I plugged them into my comp, everything went smooth, I played some music, sound good! But when I go to test my microphone I hear myself crackling and cutting in and out really badly. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? There was no software that came with the headphones so im not able to config it.

i have the same problem .. i sent it in to get it fixed kuz i thought it was the microphone was broken .. and the same exact thing happened .. i have a sb live mp3+ 5.1 .. i don't know what the problem is. anyone?
