My pc-150s were like 32$ from there, they arrived perfectly. They seem to be doing bad in the returns category and customer service, but i've dealt with neither, the product was fine for me.

I would assume its brand new since my pc-150s were listed the exact same way but I have no clue, I would give them a call to make sure.
 
also, those are NOT usb, correct? I'd kill myself if I ended up with a USB headset... though i think the usb model is the pc55/65... not 100% sure on that tho... I'll call them...
